Hello!
I’m Alice, and looking for someone who needs a place in London to stay for 4-5 weeks (I can be somewhat flexible on dates) while I am hiking abroad.
The flat is fully furnished and has everything you need (a bath!). It’s 10 mins walk from Norwood Junction Station which takes you to London Bridge in 13 mins, Victoria, and also the overground which is a cheap way to get around London and goes up to Highbury & Islington. It’s also 7 mins walk to Harrington Road Tram Stop.
I’ve offered at a low price as I live with two furry housemates, cats Pim and Wally, who will need feeding and cuddles. They are a pair of brothers, young, healthy and pretty easy to look after. They like to explore the communal garden at night and most mornings, and then flop out in the afternoons.
Flat is warm (good energy rating) and while I live here by myself it’s certainly big enough for a couple with a proper double bedroom (space on both sides of the bed). There is a store room as well, so if you have sports equipment/musical instrument/big suitcase, it can be tucked away.
Would be a great short term base for an overseas student or someone nearby whose place is being renovated.
Although I will be travelling there will be a contingency in place for emergencies, so you will be looked after should something go array and the boys are fully insured.
If the cats are a sticking point, it would still be worth getting in touch as I may be able to arrange a little holiday for them. I have included them because I’d rather they stayed in their home and to me they'd be a selling point but appreciate that it's not for everyone :)
I’m asking for £500 for the time period in total, paid upfront, so not a separate deposit needed.
Please drop me a line if you’re interested and we can arrange a viewing!
