I have a big double bedroom for rent in Selhurst. Selhurst train station and Norwood Junction station both 10 mins walking distance from the house.
The house has 4 bedrooms, but only 1 room is occupied by land lady, 1 room is for rent and the rest is empty, for more space and privacy, so it would only be you and land lady, hence we are looking for a girl. There is big living room, 2 bathrooms with two toilets. House has massive garden with garden shed and beautiful garden furniture, plenty space for bbq and socialising.
Big Sainsburys, Aldi and pubs and bars walking distance or more lively places to go in Crystal Palace, just a short drive away.

Ideal tenant, as previously mentioned would be a girl, someone nice, trustworthy and clean. Or a couple ( rent for couple is £1000) Pets are welcomed :)
