Three University of Nottingham postgrads looking for a new housemate to share four bedroom house with seperate living room and large dining kitchen. The house is set back from the main road - well insulated, double glazed, low utility bills. Excellent decorative condition, well maintained very clean.

All bedrooms are furnished with double wardrobe, desk with chair and double beds. Bedrooms have fully tiled ensuite shower room with toilet & vanity wash hand basin. There is a groundfloor washroom/toilet for friends and visitors.

The kitchen is a large, modern fully fitted dining kitchen with pine table and chairs and fitted appliances: fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, gas hob, electric fan oven, microwave.

There is broadband internet acess in all rooms and wifi. The living room is a good size with TV currently with only Freeview but the house is wired for cable so Virgin is an option. There are two leather settees and large coffee table.

The kitchen and hallway are tiled, wood laminate flooring in the bedrooms and living room and carpeted stairs. There is a walled enclosed gated yard with off-street parking for 2/3 cars.

It is five minutes walk from Nottingham university and QMC, on a good bus route with easy access to A52. It is walking distance from Nottingham city centre.

Looking for a housemate, mature student or postgraduate, wanting to house share in quality comfortable accomodation. We are looking for housemates who want a clean tidy homely home, somewhere they can come back to and relax and hang out with each other. We want people who know that houses don’t clean themselves so will clear away dirty cooking stuff etc and share cleaning of the house. Our ideal housemate also understand that it isn’t right expecting others to wake up in the morning to someone else's mess. The house is a home for all of us and that respect should be shown for other housemates. All we ask is that you're young, sociable and willing to make this a fun, happy and comfortable house to live in.

The house let on one tenancy agreement for the whole property, rent is for a share of the property. Viewing highly recommended.
