Hey, I’m looking for new housemates to move into my 4-bed, house in Lenton - a short walk/cycle ride from The Universities, train station and the City Centre.
The rooms have a double or kingsized bed, basic storage and a desk. The kitchen, dining area and bathroom will be shared by all of us, so cleanliness, good communication and general tidiness are extremely important and I will decide on the new tenants based on their ability to communicate well. There’s also a small gym area.
A bit about me: I'm a PhD student, currently on a placement year, I'm friendly and sociable but I also value my own space. I don't drink heavily or do drugs and would appreciate housemates who are similar.
I split my working hours between the office, the library and working from home. Ideally, you’d also be working away from the house so there’s frequently time for housemates to have their own space at the house.
This is a home rather than just a room in a house.
It would suit another graduate student / or professional. Or, a mature & independent undergrad.
Subject to tenancy and reference checks.
The rent includes bills except for shared, pay-as-you-go electricity & gas (approx £30-50 each).
LGBTQ Friendly.
Pets may be considered.
A parking permit is available at £30 a month.
If you are interested, please message me, telling me a bit about yourself and include:
1/Preferred move in date,
2/ Number of months rental,
3/ Some info about you, your current living situation, and why you're wanting to move.
Thanks
