I'm relocating abroad and I'm looking for a female to take over my part of the lease from July 24. The flat is shared with another female - she's lovely and happy to accomodate your needs. The landlord and his estate agents are very helpful. They will require the standard checks and signing a 12 month contract with a 6-month break clause.

There is a shared living room, shared kitchen and shared bathroom with all the appliances needed. Rent is £442.50. Bills are about £225 per person (council tax - band A, energy, water and broadband) - bills are usually lower in the summer due to lower energy bills. The flat is spacious and is in a quiet area but it's also very close to the city centre and to Canning circus with many bus links available.

The room itself has a double bed, a wardrobe and a dresser with some drawers below and further storage above. You will also have a desk & chair and can either have them in the living room (as I currently do) or have it in the bedroom if you reposition the dresser.

We also have a shed just outside the flat which can be used for storing things you don't need.
