I have a double room to let in a detached house that has a one acre garden with great views. It's in a quiet, end of lane village location. The main bathroom, which is next to the room, goes with the room as I have an ensuite.
The photo shows the room as furnished by the last tenant. The room can be furnished or unfurnished as required.
I'm open to the idea of pets but no cats please - the garden has a large number of birds.
I'm a tidy person and prefer the house to be quiet after 10pm during the week.
35 minute drive to Exeter, 15mins to Okehampton and Launceston and slightly more to Tavistock.
All bills - utilities, broadband, council tax etc. are included.
Because of the location you really need to have a car or motorbike to live here
