I'm moving out of my flat in Hackney Wick/Stratford Olympic Village as I'm moving abroad.

Tenancy runs until March 20th 2026.

The room is spacious and has a Juliette balcony with a great en-suite, the flat is modern and in a complex of new builds in the Olympic park.

Bills are usually around 150 each, we have a company that handles them for us and takes direct debits from accounts each month so no issues there.

Tesco express at the bottom of the block and a Sainsbury’s 5 mins walk away.

It's 5 minutes walk to the overground and about 15 minutes walk to Stratford which has underground and national rail.

Copperbox Arena, London Stadium and Westfield are all within a stone's throw of the flat.

Hackney Wick has a bustling nightlife scene, especially in the summer as cool bars line the canals.

Perfect for someone who works in a professional job I have a desk and office chair where I work in my room that I will include for free.
