Double room with an en-suite bathroom available in a vibrant and green area of the Stratford Olympic Park that is tranquil but also very well-connected. Lovely balcony overlooking the park which is great in the summer.

I'm a 31 year old professional male and have lived here for a few years, but my flatmate is moving out so I'm looking for a friendly and clean professional or student to take over their room. I'm clean, tidy and respectful but also social so enjoy good convo and up for being friends. In my spare time I enjoy gymming, playing tennis and going for dinners and drinks with friends.

The room is very spacious and has a large wardrobe, two or three chests of drawers and a modern en-suite bathroom.

The flat is located in the Olympic Park area of Stratford, right next to East Village. It is very well-connected, including being only a 10 minute walk to Stratford underground station which has direct connections via the central and jubilee line to central London.

It also has excellent amenities, with Westfield shopping centre (which has a Waitrose) being a 5 minute walk away, but also a Sainsbury's local and another small supermarket even closer for essentials.

The flat is fully furnished with all the necessary appliances (fridge/freezer, hob, oven and washing machine) storage space and Wi-Fi.
