We now offer a no deposit option (Reposit) minimising the upfront costs you have to pay! Instead of a standard deposit, you can pay a non-refundable service charge equivalent to 1-weeks rent. Like a traditional deposit, you will remain liable for any unreasonable damage or rent arrears at the end of the tenancy. If you enjoy the cinema, there is a Vue cinema under a mile away in Bicester. There are 2 stations within walking distance - Bicester North is about 0.4 miles away (8 min walk) and Bicester Village is about 0.9 miles away (19 min walk).
