SUBLET July/August/September
Hi all,
I'm looking for a girl to take my single room in a lovely 4-bedroom house near Donnington Bridge (Iffley area - OX4) from the end of June. It comes with a sunny garden, a big living room, an open-plan kitchen/dining room, 2 bathrooms, a washing machine and space for parking.
The room is £500 PCM (excluding bills which are around £90-£110 each month - we pay council tax!).
The house has three other girls, a mix of professionals and postgraduate students. We are a quiet, super friendly group, and the house is very cosy and right by the river (lots of nature around) - also only about a 15 minute walk or 5 minute cycle into town, and just around the corner from Iffley sports centre!
