We are looking for mature house proud tenants to share this house, which is located in a peaceful neighbourly area in Caversfield, Bicester.
The house has been tastefully decorated with a modern bathroom, practical kitchen and all appliances inc: washing machine, tumble dryer, 2x fridge freezers and cooker.
All bedrooms are supplied with quality schreiber furniture (wardrobes, drawers and beds.
The rent includes all bills inc; gas, electricity, water, tv licence, infinite broadband internet up to 40mb, council tax and ground rent. There is also weekly cleaner for communal areas.
All tenants have use of garden which is regularly maintained, there is off street parking for 2 cars although there is more parking available.
This property is a 5-10 minute drive to town, and there is also a bus stop outside that arrives every 20 minutes and takes 15-20 minutes to get into town centre.
