I am looking for a flatmate to re-new my current tenancy! The 2-bed flat is bright and modern with a spacious living room, dishwasher, washing machine, shared bathroom with a bath/shower. The flat is located adjacent to the Westgate and is a very short walking distance to the city centre, grocery stores, train station and Oxford Tube. Visitor parking is available. The bedroom has a petite double bed, double wardrobe and looks into greenery.
I am a friendly final-year PhD student looking to keep the flat very tidy and quiet. I am usually quite busy but chats while cooking or the occasional movie night could be nice! Graduate students are preferred for council tax reasons. Bills are currently ca. £80 for electricity, water and wifi (but I will be switching providers and they may go down to £50-55 according to quotes given).
I have been here for 2 years and really love it. A queer-friendly household would also be great :)
