I've recently moved to Witney and have a spare room available.
The room is on the top floor.

I work from home, as a software developer, so would preferably like somebody who doesn't.

I'm easy going and in my spare time i run, play squash or meet up with friends.

I also sometimes look after a dog, (only a couple of times a year), so the person moving in would need to be comfortable with that.
