I have a double room available to rent in a recently refurbished apartment in Central Abingdon. The apartment is in a very central location, with the bus stop right on the door step (this takes about 15 minutes to get into Oxford).

The room is a good sized double, comfortably accommodating a new double bed, wardrobe and good sized set of draws and shelves. The bed has a very good quality sprung memory foam mattress. The rest of the house is furnished to a high standard, and there is a good sized dinning room and separate lounge. The kitchen is well equipped with all the usual amenities. There is also a garage that can be used for bicycle/motorbike storage.

Bills are included in the rent, including high speed wi-fi.

Ideally I'm looking for an outgoing sociable flatmate of a similar age, who is outgoing and easy to get along with.
