Our friendly family all female household is looking for a new lodger. This loft conversion room with en-suite shower room is large and comfortable. Situated in Ducklington a beautiful village within walking distance of Witney it is quiet and also convenient. We have a small garden with chickens. There is off road car parking. We have Wi-Fi, Netflix, a Wi and an Xbox, and the kitchen is well appointed with a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave, range oven etc etc. we have a slightly crazy dog (a Kerry Blue Terrier) but no other pets. Our last lodger had a dog and we are open to meeting someone else who needs a home for both them and their dog! We would prefer a female. The other residents are, myself (aged 50) and my daughters aged 21 and working, aged 16 and at school, and aged 19 and at University (and so only home in the holidays). The rent of £450 is payable monthly in advance, by direct debit, it includes all bills and Council tax etc. feel free to contact me and come and have a look. I work in London so viewing would best be done at the weekend or in the evenings. If you have an enhanced DBS certificate I would feel more comfortable as my youngster daughter maybe alone with you at some points and she is very precious to me (as they all are) thanks for reading
