Light and airy double on ground floor in friendly and quiet student house.

The house is very near Oxford hospitals so ideal for med students or hospital staff.

Centre of Oxford is a short bus ride or cycle away.

I am taking a break from my studies, hence room availability. Must be taken for rest (or most) of remaining rental term until 10th August 2015,

Existing housemates are all Oxford medical students in 4th year. It's a friendly and co-operative house but not living in each others pockets.

Ideally we are looking for students for purposes of council tax, which would increase if the new tenant was a professional.

There is also a £180 administration fee to transfer the lease to the new tenant, who would be responsible for rent until 10th August, when the lease ends.
