Hello,

My housemate is leaving and we are looking for someone to occupy her room starting first of August. It is an open ended contract, and you need to give a two month notice before leaving. We deal directly with the owner of the house, so no agency fees.

The house is in Howard St, a short walk to either Cowley or Iffley Rd. There are three rooms in the house and we keep the third room as a studio/guest room. Living room, kitchen, small dining room and bathroom are all shared between the two tenants.

The house is fully furnished. The room is furnished with the exception of the bed. We have a frame for a double bed but you will need your own mattress.

I am a post-doc, working in genetics. Male, 33yrs old, from Canada/Mexico, recently moved to the UK.

The rent and expenses are shared between the two. Rent is 675 each, utilities (electricity, gas, broadband and council tax) are about 250 total per month and shared between the two tenants.
