Hello,

We are looking for someone to fill this pleasant double room in Cowley for the next few months. The room is East-facing and overlooks the garden so is very peaceful and sunny. It comes with a double bed, a huge desk and ample closet space. The house has been refurbished very recently so all the kitchen and bathroom facilities are clean and modern.

There is a cloakroom and a guest WC downstairs, a shared living room with a TV and comfortable sofa and armchair, dining room with French windows into the garden.

Kitchen includes:
-washing machine
-halogen hob and oven
-dishwasher
-coffee machine
-toaster

We have excellent BT wifi throughout the house.

We are very easy to live with and want someone who is responsible, mature, clean and who will look after the house as if they own it too!

As the let is short term we will charge an additional flat rate of £50/month for bills.
