We’re Sam (31) and Nat (29) and we are looking for some fabulous lodgers to share our beautiful home with us from the start of April until the start of a July (can be a little flexible!)

We are both young ‘professionals’; I am a primary school teacher and Sam is a physiotherapist. We work reasonably long hours during the weekend are pretty chilled after work; once home we usually have some grub, head to the gym/run or listen to a bit of music and relax – so we’re looking for lodgers who are similar and will treat our house as if it were there own home. At weekends we have a relatively vibrant social life and would be great to have lodgers who are similarly fun.

Having worked incredibly hard to totally renovate our house to the state it’s in now, we are proud of our hard work and are looking for someone who is neat and tidy to help us maintain it. However, it is not a show home and we want you to feel chilled and comfortable in it - just as we do.

Our house is in Botley, it is a 1930’s 3 bed semi-detached (a 12 min enjoyable bike ride to Oxford city centre).

Downstairs we have a large kitchen and dining area, with a double oven, microwave, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, sofa, dining table, radio, sound system and cook books. We also have a very cosy living room which has a huge SMART TV in, XBOX 360, NETFLIX, SKY SPORTS & MOVIES, a guitar, Ukulele, open fireplace, and books for you to enjoy. And finally a WC is conveniently located downstairs. In the garden we have a lovely BBQ area which you are welcome to use! Along with a summer house and sun loungers.

Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms (one larger than the other so suitable for couples!) and a bathroom which has a powerful shower and is big enough to relax and have a bath in too! We also have an office with a PC and printer in which you are welcome to use anytime.

We are located just off of Westminster Way. The U1 and 4A buses leave a few moments’ walk from our door, and goes straight through Oxford City centre up to Headington. Our house is a 3 minute walk to the local Elms Rise parade of shops, with a CoOp, Tesco, Taylor’s Coffee shop, Iceland, a post office, bank and other handy amenities close by. Our house is exactly 1 mile from the Harcourt Hill campus of Oxford Brookes which has a great gym that is only £15 a month for local residents. Throughout the day and evening, the U1 bus also runs from this campus, through town, past the Headington Brookes campus, up to the Wheatley Park Oxford Brookes campus. All of these buses go past the Oxford train station, which is also 1 mile from our house. Overall, our location is excellent!

Your rent includes ALL BILLS, off street parking and secure storage for a bike (we also have a spare bikes should you wish to borrow them) and a stunning garden of Eden. We are happy to chip in and help each other out with laundry and evening meals. We kindly ask for one months deposit in advance.
