The room will never be used by anyone else but would just suite our style more for it to be a part time accommodation rather than full time. If your working week included weekends this can be considered. All bills are included, inc cleaner twice a month in public areas and once a month for your bedroom and bathroom. Mini fridge and kettle in the room. Sheet/towel changes, washing and ironing can be arranged with the cleaner at an extra cost as well as a sky plus connection.

House is shared by thirty year old professional couple and friendly cat who are used to living with tenants. The ideal tenant would be male or female, have reference of employment, be considerate, like to live in a clean tidy environment and definitely non smoker.
