This is a double room in a big shared house, with a private garden and a garage for bicycles. It is available immediately, but I'm flexible to negotiate move-in dates. The house is in a very quiet street, with supermarkets in walking distance, and a handy local corner-shop down the road. 2 minutes to the next busstop, 20 minutes walk into the centre of Oxford, and 10 minutes if you cycle down the beautiful Marston cycling path.

The house is shared with three female flatmates from Catalunya, Mexico, and Greece, who travel frequently. The common language of the flat is English. The flatmates are a mix of professionals working for the University of Oxford, and one postgraduate student. When everyone is around, the group enjoys common dinners in the common kitchen and living room, and occasionally organises common nights out. The flatmates are very respectful of the others' space, privacy, and try to accommodate their preferences.

I'm moving out for professional reasons and have enjoyed my time in this shared property a lot.

The house has a kitchen and living room downstairs, with access to a very well-kept private garden, a toilet, and a garage that allows for extra storage and for parking bicycles. Two bedrooms are on the first floor, with the main bathroom (shower, tub, toilet, sink), and two bedrooms are on the second floor.

The advertised bedroom is on the first floor. The bathroom is to be shared with two of the flatmates, as the third one has a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. The kitchen is very well equipped, with washing machine (incl dryer) and dishwasher, and each of the rooms has a double bed, wardrobes, and a desk.

The tenancy contract ends at the end of September, so the minimum stay is 3 months. After that, the new flatmate can either leave either make a new contract with the agency (which is a kind and professional one).
