2 minute drive to the ring road and straight onto the M40 to get to London by car or the Oxford tube.

Current housemates are working as nurses or in the Oxford Science park. Professionals are preferred but not required. All of us are friendly and like a quiet night in, definitely not a party house but we socialise over cooking dinner and in the evenings. Looking for a housemate who is friendly, quiet and clean.

The room comes with a double bed, two wardrobes, bookshelves, desk and sofa.

Cleaner comes fortnightly, council tax included, all bills are about £60 per month on top of rent.
