Hi

I’m looking for a new housemate in my 2bed Peckham flat (I'm the leaseholder) for around 3-4 months before I do a refurbishment. Ideally looking for someone sociable, and with things in common.

I’m 37, my main interest is music and I play drums in bands. I also like non-fiction, hiking and going out. For work I manage (analytics) software teams for a non-profit.

The room is free from 1 June and rent would be around £650 per month + bills (around £150 per month each).
