my housemate is moving in with his girlfriend so i'm looking for someone to take his room.

the house is quite spacious with large rooms and huge garden with a patio. queens road peckham station (trains to london bridge, east london, clapham) is a 5 min walk and theres a bus stop outside the house. theres also a couple of bars and cafes/restaurants on the same street, and peckham rye is close by.

im a software developer and usually work from home but go to the office once a week(ish). im from the north but a seasoned londoner. i'm veggie but dont mind if youre not. you can usually find me reading a book (interested in world history, art, anything), in the pub, cycling around or playing 5 a side football.
