FLEXIBLE WITH START DATE Anytime between June 13th and August 13th. We have a spare room in our 5 bed house, just around the corner from Queens Road Peckham station, on a quiet residential road.

Rent is £800 per month - not including bills, which aren't more than £60 monthly. The room is available from the 13th of August, for a 12 month contract until August 2025. We are open to a sooner move in date.

We are 4 girls looking for a 5th girl to move in. We are all studying at Camberwell College of Art looking for a 5th full time student (we're ideal location for Goldsmiths, LCC and Camberwell). Three of us are studying painting and the other is a creative computing student. We are sociable and looking for someone who is fun and happy to join us at the pub.

Also our landlord asks that we find someone who can provide a UK based Guarantor.

No smokers/vapers. No pets.
