Hello all,

I am an experieced art professional who also happens to sing who is looking for a flatmate who is willing to occupy a spacious, bright and warm single room in Anerley (I know you probably haven’t heard the name, but is a lovely area near by Crystal Palace and or Beckenham, for those of us who travel a lot, is only 30 mins from Gatwick, 9 mins from Croydon, 23 minutes to London bridge, 20 mins to Canada Water, all by train) which has amazing transport links, once you know them, forget about city mapper, I can show you some shortcuts ;)

This would be basically a flatshare since you will have equal access to all the communal grounds, even the piano and guitar ;) but for not 50% for the total costs but only for £600 pcm inclusive of everything. T, I am looking for the right candidate so please inquire within and I am here to answer every possible question.
