The house is a Victorian terrace with four bedrooms, two reception rooms, two toilets, one bathroom, a garage and courtyard garden. I live here with my husband - we are both 28 working young professionals. We also have two cute dogs and a parakeet who has her own room. We love the outdoors and are pretty chilled people.

We have lived in Plymouth for 6 years and love the city. Our house is right next to central park and the neighbourhood is quiet and safe. We have good transport links to Derriford hospital and the town center.

The room currently has a double bed, double wardrobe and chest of drawers.
