I'm looking for one extra tidy room mate to share my (adult only) four bed house (3 bedrooms max used).
Either a single bedroom or a double bedroom will be available from late June/ early July.
Large single bedroom available with single bed with open wardrobe, cupboards, shelves.
Large double bedroom which has an open hanging area, a chest of drawers, open ceiling with roof light.
We have two bathrooms with showers. You will have access to the lounge, and the kitchen with usual facilities inc. oven/hob, microwave, fridge & dishwasher. We also have two washing machines of which one is also a tumble dryer. Central heating in all rooms.
Lounge has TV & high speed fibre broadband / wifi is available. All domestic bills inclusive of rent.
The house is walking distance from the village store and the pub with restaurant. Village hall with a few clubs each month and a popular cafe is a few minutes away by car Both Bodmin & Wadebridge are about ten minutes away. The village is surrounded by fields with footpaths.
I’m looking for mature adults, non-smoking people who respect each other’s privacy and sleep times in a quiet house and location so I’ll be looking to pick two people & make best efforts to ensure we are well matched.
The rooms are offered 7 days/week and I’d be happy with someone who needs to work from home once a week. Working longer at home possible (discuss).
Double bedroom has the optional extra of an attic office for the double room lodger only.
We have an enclosed rear garden so if you need to store anything then you are welcome (although we don’t have any space in our stuffed shed).
Ten minutes from Bodmin and Wadebridge, 30 minutes to Newquay, 40-45 to Truro, 30 minutes to St Austell.
20 minutes from the coast, north side of the camel estuary, Rock, Polzeath and Port Isaac.
The village has an active community you can make new friends within. To travel to and from the village you will need your own car to get around as the buses are occasional at best. Parking on drive, on the (quiet) road or behind village hall opposite.
