Small double room to rent in Bognor central area. You would be living with a working couple, friendly atmosphere. All bills included. New bed as you can see in the picture we just need to assemble the frame and it’s ready to move in.
We are looking for a calm person either someone who works full time or a mature student who is looking for a peaceful place to stay.

On street parking, let’s be honest here -it’s sometimes tough to find a space there but you can park on streets around the house as we do that too.

700 bus to Chichester literally next to our house.

We have a dog temporarily possibly another two months as dog sitting for someone but the dog does not go upstairs where the bedrooms are and it’s a very friendly dog.

I work from home most of the time and my „office” is in the living room but when we are not around you can use the living room.
