My flatmate has moved out so I’m looking for a replacement, preferably female. I’m a 4th year Psychology with Management student at Heriot-Watt.

Its a double room in a two bedroom flat located in Forrester (EH12 9AS), near Heriot-Watt and Napier Sighthill campus. Rent is 350 per month and bills are roughly 40-50 per month. The deposit is 562.50. I am renting the flat directly from the owners, who are friendly and very efficient with any issues and repairs.

The room has a double bed, a bedside table, a dresser, and built in wardrobe. There is a large living room with a storage closet, with another storage closet in the hall. There is a shared bathroom with a bathtub. The kitchen is quite spacious and well equipped. Most of the rooms get a lot of natural light throughout the day. The flat also has on street parking. There is a communal lawn outside the building and a park nearby.

The flat is near two large Tescos and a short bus ride away from the Sainsbury’s and Aldi in Gorgie. Bus connections into town include 22, N22, 12, 2. There is also a tram stop (Bankhead) a short walk away.

I am not in Edinburgh at the moment so I don’t have any up to date pictures of the flat, but the flat has been decorated since I moved in. I have videos of the flat that I can send, where you can see the rooms better. Feel free to message me with any questions about the flat.
