I am subletting my room in a 2-bed, 1-bathroom flat in Whittington Apartments, Stepny Green, minutes away from Whitechapel and Limehouse, and 15-20 mins to Liverpool Street Station.

I would need someone to take over the lease, at no cost, which runs until Sep '25 (with possibility to terminate early).

The area is very safe and quiet, well connected with buses (nearest bus stop to Liverpool Street at 300m), tube (Whitechapel and Stepny Green at 10 min walking) & DLR (Limehouse, 10min).

The flat was recently renovated with new window frames and kitchen appliances. Walls were also repainted a few months ago. The flat has a large open living, modern kitchen, and 2 large balconies. It's on the 3rd floor (with lift).

The room comes furnished with a double bed, two drawers, and a desk (all newly bought less than 6 months ago). It has double windows facing South-East that get plenty of light during the day.

You will be sharing the flat with a young professional in his late 20s working in the City.

The price is £1225 / calendar month, excluding expenses & council tax (band D, in all ~£75 / month).
