I am Vivienne the live in landlord: My home is in a modern townhouse nestled in a quiet corner in a peaceful area perfect for someone who is looking for quietness, peace, calm, and a clean tidy, homely living environment. It is perfect for relaxing in at the end of your workday. It is in a secluded part of Chineham situated on a private road.

The living room is mainly my office and living space, and we all occasional watch a film, chat and eat together in my living room. The kitchen has a breakfast bar .

You would be living with a friendly, professional woman and another lodger. It is quiet and we like our own space mainly. It is a home not a shared house.

The en- suite double:

The en - suite room is a small double. It has a very comfortable king size bed pocketed spring mattress. There are plenty of Fitted wardrobes and 2 bed side cupboards and a smart TV. The room has a lovely peaceful view of the copse of trees opposite and is not overlooked by any other houses.

The single room:

Has fitted wardrobes and a single bed wall too wall with a TV on the wall. There is a shared bathroom.

Parking:

There is 1 shared parking space opposite my house or there is plenty of parking down on the road on the right-hand side or around the corner.

The aera & logistics:

It's easy walking distance to: The Hampshire Court Hotel it is around a 10-min walk by path and around a 4 min drive. Nearby is Chineham Business Park, Kingsland Business Park, and Businesses in Wade Road and Lutyens’s close, are all walkable or a few mins drive. The BMI Hampshire clinic. is around a 5-minute drive.

Basing view and Basingstoke town centre is about 8 - 10 mins drive or a number 7 bus. The A33 is close by, and the M4 is 20 mins away the M3 is about 10 mins away by car. And the train station is about 10 minutes away by car.

The house is only a few miles out of town so very convenient there is a regular bus service No 7 to & from Chineham shopping centre, with Domino's pizza, Tesco’s, M&S food store, costa coffee, and Boots and soon we will have Mc Donald’s oh joy not  . Old Basing is nearby with 3 pubs and Chineham has 1 pub and an Indian restaurant.
