THE PROPERTY: Cornwall – Portreath – is a spacious 4 bed roomed hilltop placed bungalow which offers open plan kitchen/diner/lounge area (panoramic window provides stunning views), spacious (fully tiled) bathroom with fitted shower appliance. You will find the property to be in a very good decorative order throughout and well maintained. Extensive (hillside) gardens offer varying degrees of privacy and seclusion, enhanced by a wide range of beautiful plants and shrubs, and for those quiet (alone time) moments the bottom of the garden provides an expansive decked area perfect for that quiet cup of coffee/glass or wine or yoga type exercise.

LOCATION: The property is situated on a quiet private lane, with sea views, which leads directly to either the beach or the Southwest coastal pathway. Being East/West facing the property is saturated with sunlight for the full day. The Lane is accessed by way of the coastal road which runs between Portreath and Hayle/St Ives. Within walking distance you will find a grocery store (Costcutter), pubs (each offering restaurant facilities), Tehidy Woods (National Trust) and Illogan Woods for an alternative way of walking into Portreath itself.

ABOUT ME: I'm a professional female who works from home as a software developer. I'm friendly, cheerful, and one who appreciates life's unique sense of humour. I'm easy going holding the view that life is to be enjoyed not labelled to death or beaten into lifeless submission. I'm respectful of private space, though would welcome cheerful dialogue/friendly banter.
I've become quite the explorer these last few years to include:- working in Mexico, hiking/camping in Nepal, attending an advanced Reiki Master course in Northern Thailand, and exploring many sacred sites in Peru. My next adventure is to return to Mexico with a greater command of their language, hence my signing up for a year's course in Spanish.
