Bedding is supplied but you can use your own if prefered, shared bathroom with shower, separate downstairs WC, shared kitchen with lots of appliances. Shared lounge. Large garden and patio area, greenhouse which you can use, due to ill health I dont use it as much as I'd like. Large shed in garden fully insulated and has electric supply that would be available if required for anything from crafting, woodworking to music practice etc. Also we have chickens in the garden so plenty of eggs lol Smoking is allowed in the garden, not in the property. Off road parking space available. Must like cats as we have 3 of them. We are a quiet easy going household and clean up after ourselves.
