Double bedroom for a lodger. Very quiet and clean house.
Five minutes walking distance from the South Kensington tube station. Sloane Square it's a further five minutes away.
All Bills are inclusive.
The flat it's purpose built, it's on a quiet residential area of London, close to the King's Road, Knightsbridge, Imperial College, Royal Marsden Hospital, Royal College of Art etc.
The room has a large, double glazed window and plenty of natural light, sunshine, floor to ceiling wardrobe, cupboards for storage, double bed, it's clean throughout, so is the whole flat.
Kitchen has all the basics, washing machine, cooker, and your own fridge freezer. It's rather small, it reflects the price. Nevertheless it's kept clean everyday.
Brand new shower room, 24 hrs boiling water, gas central heating.
Sharing the rest of the flat, with one person only, live in owner, friendly, straight bloke, righteous, honest, respectful person, love to keep the place clean, gardening, and very long walks.
Love of gardening would help.
Would suit a considerate, non smoking person, with a 9-5 routine, tidy, with some flatsharing experience in London preferably. Must value own space, and respect others.
No space for bikes, sorry to mention it.
Room it's for one person only.
Regular Cleaning service, (every other day) it's provided for the hallway, kichen, shower room, also inclusive.
References will be required.
