I am looking for a female tenant to takeover my contract for this room in Earls Court!

The flat and room are fully furnished and have all amenities (dishwasher, tumble dryer, washing machine, oven). Please note only the Tv and desk are not included. There are also plenty of utensils and cutlery already available in the flat.

It is a 5 minute walk from Earls court station and 10 mins from Gloucester road. The area is great in terms of walkability and very close to high street Kensington and south Kensington.

You will be sharing the flat with a 24 year old female from the U. S who recently completed her masters in Computing and is now looking to start work ☺️

Please note the flat will require a deposit and guarantor that has to be U. K based (in case you have international status). There is also the option to pay 6 months upfront.

Council tax bad: C
