I am the current tenant and I will move out from 11th of June. I want to transfer my contract (~3 month remaining, negotiable time) to someone else. You have to be a student to rent this student flat.
This flat is very close to imperial college london (25min walk). 3 minutes walk from Earl’s Court underground station, very convenient for transports. Lots of grocery stores and supermarkets around.
You have to share bathroom and kitchen with a flat mate here, but there is a chance that you won’t have a flat mate because my current flare mate hasn’t find her replacement yet. There are 2 single bedrooms available now.
Feel free to reach out, (please do not call me but message me through what’s app, I do not check this website frequently.)
