I am looking for one person to take over my room in our lovely and spacious flat in Earls Court. The room is available from 12th of May. It’s a 3-bedroom flat with a very spacious living room and kitchen in a great area!

The bedrooms are of great size, are cosy, and come furnished.
There is one bathroom and one garden. The living room and kitchen come furnished as well.

The location is great as bus and underground stations are very close. Grocery stores, restaurants, pharmacies, etc., are also quite close. Central London is about 30-40 minutes by tube. South Kensington is in 20 min walking distance.

Everything legal is handled via Foxtons, the real estate agency, not a private landlord.
