I am sadly leaving London and looking for someone to replace me for the remainder of the tenancy (until May 2026). I have been in the flat for one year and I am sad to be leaving so soon. Can move out from mid June but advertising for Early July. The property can be rented by a single person or a couple.

Location

The neighbourhood is quite, super friendly and safe to get around at night. The flat is located less than five minutes from the nearest tube station (District) or easy access to Fulham Broadway or Earls Court (Piccadilly), Kings Road and on short cycle to the Putney Embankment. There is a new Lidl opening, a few independent grocers and two Gyms (Pure Gym and The Gym) on/near North End Road. Earls Court is a short walk away and further in that direction, there is a large Tesco.

Parking

Parking is available through a permit. There is always space available and if you have a low emission vehicle, discounts are available.

Rent

The rent is £2200 per calender month and the deposit is 5 weeks rent (approx. £2750). You will be replacing me on the current tenancy but will need to pass referencing through the Estate Agent. A management company provides support and are very responsive and deal with issues quickly.

Bills and Council Tax (Band A) are around £250-£300 per month depending on the season.

Pets
The landlord is happy to consider pets, there is a the patio to the front of the property and plenty green spaces around should you wish for off-lead play. If you don't have a dog but love them, there are plenty to pet, with owners happy for you to engage.
