About the flat-
The flat is based in the centre of Manchester, just off Deansgate.

We are two minutes away from Deansgate Train / Metrolink Station, and a 15 minute walk from Piccadilly / Victoria Train Stations. If you drive for a small fee we can even provide onsite and secure parking.

The flat has been recently decorated, has a big balcony and lots of light comes in through the full length windows. Fully fitted kitchen - everything that you would expect. The building has an onsite gym and is a safe and secure place to live. We have our own concierge / handyman during working hours onsite for any issues.

All the bills are included (even fibre broadband) you would only have to pay for your council tax - this is around £70 per month each.

About the room-
It is a private double room, furnished with new IKEA wardrobe, bedside tables (2) and a six big draw cupboard - lots of storage space! The only downside to the room's window is frosted and looks onto the corridor so it can't be opened, however it does make the room pretty much black out at night. The room comes with its own air purifier.

The room is not ensuite BUT, you will have your own private bathroom with a bath, sink, toilet and a shower!! 

One of the flatmates is moving out so this is why the flat is available.

I am the landlord/owner. 
Your roommate is lovely, very nice, friendly but also enjoys her own space - she is in her early 20's professional who works in the City Centre. She is very tidy and a great flatmate. She will be responsible with me for selecting the right roommate.

What I am looking for-
A clean sociable person who can have a chat with at the end of the day. Preferable a non smoker but if you are that's fine as long as it isn't in the flat and on the balcony. I am also looking for someone long term.
