Hi

I’m looking to rent my spare room for max 3 months. It’s in a residential area very close to the city centre, 10min walking distance to Piccadilly, the universities and MRI. It’s a large L shaped room with a king size bed.

I’m a 40yo Mental Health nurse, I’m pretty easy going, tidy, like to socialise but not a wild party animal or anything (getting on a bit now). Want to find a good balance where I can spend tine with flatmate but also ensure each other has their own space. Looking for mature/postgrad student or professional, but open minded to anyone.
