We live in a large house over looking the park. Our household is quiet, happy and chilled out, we have an 14 year old in the house. He’s very respectful and fun.
There are two large doubles room with sole use of second kitchen in house. Shared bathroom.
Would suit students needing a quiet home in a good location.
The rent includes water and council tax, gas, electric and broadband are additional.
We are looking for someone to rent the room and complete our happy household
It might suit someone working in Cardiff during the week, or a mature student.
Available provisionally for three months, can negotiate a shorter or longer stay.
