It's in a great location near Holy Corner, right in the centre of things, with shops, cafes and supermarkets on the doorstep. It's a lovely, sunny room, all fitted out with a desk, lamps etc.
The first floor flat has a shared dining kitchen, with all equipment, including a washing machine, dishwasher, clothes pulley (for drying clothes), gas cooker etc. There is also a shared garden.
