Double room available, fully furnished. The flat is located in Southside/Newington, very quiet area, close to Cameron Toll where you can find a gym and a couple of supermarkets.
The flat is supplied with radiators, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, dehumidifier, fridge/freezer and a lot more.
I am a PhD student in the University of Edinburgh. I like to hang out in the flat, and we have a good living space for meals, games and movie. I also enjoy some alone time every now and then. Not a big party flat, usually like a quiet evening during the week.
The room is available from the 15th of June 2024 until the end of August 2024. Currently don't pay council tax. The rent is £500, broadband is included, but bills aren't.
No pets are allowed in the flat, sadly.
