It is a 20 min walk into town, 10 min walk to Uni, 5 min walk to Crookes, with great pubs and cafes (and excelent charity shops!) and 2 min walk to Goodwin gym.

ME:
I work from home, I enjoy keeping the house clean and tidy. I spend a lot of time reading, resting and playing sports. I like to cook, but the kitchen is small, so if you spend hours in there, this isn't the one!

There is excellent cycling/running from the doorstep. Pool down the road and outdoor climbing and swimming in the nearby peak. Tennis courts are a short walk away at Weston Park.

I love animals, as long as they are friendly and wont bark in the house often (keep me on the right side of the neighbours :) ).
