Hi everyone, I am a student in London, however I am moving back to my country at the end of June and I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy, which is ending at the end of October. After which you can choose to renew the lease if you would like to.

The room has a double bed, wardrobe, chest drawer and a table. There are 4 rooms including mine, no shared spaces however a fully equipped kitchen. My flatmates are very kind and genuine people who are also uni students. The residence also includes bi-weekly cleaning!

The flat is in a very nice location, walking distance to many great attractions like Tower Bridge. Lots of grocery stores and food places 5 mins walk away. Situated conveniently, Shoreditch, Liverpool Street, and Spitalfields Market are only 4 bus stops away, ensuring you're at the heart of London's lively energy. Monthly rent is £910 with bills an extra £40 which is for gas and electricity.
