Seeking a post-graduate student flatmate.

I'm starting my PhD in the next academic year and looking for a flatmate to share a lovely 2 bed flat. The flat has LOADS of storage space, BIG living room and LARGE double bedroom.

The rent for the flat is £350 + £50 per month for utilities and internet but any credit on the utilities at the end of the year will be split 50-50 and returned to you at the end of the tenancy.

As a preference the sooner the move in date the better. I will receive the keys on the 2nd of July.

You will need to be added to the tenancy agreement and go through referencing at the agency. I believe the fee is £40+vat (so £48).
