We have a single unfurnished room available in our 3 bed terraced house with a large garden in a quiet, leafy residential neighbourhood. House has 2 floors plus a large loft space for storage, 2 bathrooms including one with a shower over a large bath (which would be primarily yours), shared home office (one of us works from home FT) and a combo washer/dryer. There's ample free parking on our street plus a shared drive and it's accessible to many transport links (busses and trains).

Bills are about £120 per month including council tax (Band D) and fast internet.

Current housemate is leaving due to change in job. You'll be sharing with an easygoing couple in their 30's/40's who like movies, cooking, travelling and outdoor activities.
