Hi all,

My flatmate is moving out of his room on the 20th May, and so we are looking to fill the biggest room in our flat.

The letting period is from the 20th may to the end of august (although there is an option to extend to january, if required. if you choose to stay till january, please bear in mind that the landlord is renovating in january and we will all need to vacate the flat).

The room is very large, with a double bed, a large desk (and a smaller one which can be removed if needed (see picture)). We have virgin cable broadband, a nice living area with a couple of comfy sofas, a large bathroom and a decent, bright kitchen.

The current flatmates are one male primary school teacher (me) and one female trainee lawyer. Both very tidy, very busy, and respectful of privacy, but equally likely to be relaxing together in the lounge with a glass of wine.

The main draw with this flat is location. within zone 1 and a 4 minute walk to gloucester road or south kensington tube, both piccadilly/district and circle lines. Walk ten minutes one way to knightsbridge for the V&A, science museum, Harrods, and Hyde Park, and ten minutes the other way to kings road and fulham road for shopping and fun. I guarantee that you will not find a better location for this price!
