Friendly kind Professionals in their late 20s originally from Ireland, Senior nurse (Cat) and a site manager(Pat) and a Lead administrator (Laura - moving in soon). They have all met in the flat and did not know each other prior so the group is open to get to know knew people.
Very clean and peaceful. Cat has lived there for 5 years and has made it her home. They have a weekly cleaner which the tenants pay for (not sure how much)
Amazing location - 3 mins walk to Bermondsey Tube yet peacefully located
Looking for a friendly, easy going, clean and considerate flat mate
The price includes hot water and heating. The room price is actually 600 pls other bills of about £50 per month to include council tax, water, tv, internet and electric therefore bringing the price to approx 650 including the cost of bills.
